    Hi,

    Maybe you have a plugin caused this issue.

    Have you try deactivate all plugins and try again? 

    If it work, let's enable each plugin to check the plugin caused this issue.

    I try to desactive all plugin but it doesn't work.

    I try to desactive theme, it works, that is why I address you.
