    how can I change the framing of the headers (pic enclosed).

    Hi,

    To change homepage title boxes like "Latest Posts", please check options for it in Customize > Colors for Homepage & Home Title Box Options > Homepage Title Box Style

    To change widget heading titles style, please check options for it in Customize > Options & Colors for Sidebar
