1/ If you show the title completely, the topbar can display not look good with the posts has long title. So, we did trim it. Currently, we don't have option to show it completely, we will consider to add more this feature in the future.
2/ You can go to Customize > General Options > and check to "Hide Breadcrumb"

I have attached 2 screenshots of my website.
1.jpg - I want to show the Post title completely. You can see only part of it is visible, I want that to show completely.
2.jpg - I don't want the navigation to be visible as shown in the picture.
