As this approach is working (code in the footer), the current Analytics implementation (Site Tag) urges you to place the code snippet as the first child tag beneath the <head> element. Is this something you can provide or do I need to customize the header.php file for that ?
This is the Global Site Tag (gtag.js) tracking code for this property. Copy and paste this code as the first item into the of every web page that you want to track. If you already have a Global Site Tag on your page, simply add the config line from the snippet below to your existing Global Site Tag.
How do I add Google Analytics to my theme?
Thank you.
Hi,
Please add this via Customize > Footer Options > Google Analytics Code.

Hi @mark_nb,
Have you try put it to Footer Options > Google Analytics Code?
Because almost js codes added on header tag work - it will work when you put it on footer.
In the next update version of Soledad, we will add more this feature.

Yes I have done that right now. Thanks for putting this into the next version.
