    Is there any way to place a simple Call-to-Action banner below the header on all pages, similar to this: http://newleafwellness.biz/ (eBook CTA)

    NOTE: Currently playing with the theme on my local so do not have a live URL for you to see.

    Hi,

    If you want to do that, you need to know a bit about the codes.

    You can go to Appearance > Widgets > drag & drop widget "Custom HTML" to "Header Sign-Up Form" sidebar

    Use any HTML/CSS here to make a call-to-action banner like you want.
