    Hi - the mobile version of my site isn't loading properly. It's happened a few times, so doesn't seem to be an isolated incident. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Was the theme installed incorrectly? I used a developer through Envato. Screenshot attached. Thank you!

    This issue caused by you did enable mobile interface from Jetpack, let's deactivate it.
