I would like to use a featured articles slider on my blog, but I would like to know if I can choose myselft the articles to be featured. Or eventually, where could I manually change the score of each article. The reason is that my blog is few years old, but since I just installed Soledad theme, it doesn't take into account the previous history...
I didn't even think about this solution, it makes perfect sense :-)
The only problem is then that the new category name "featured" appears on top of the featured articles. It's not a big deal but I would prefer not to. Is there a way to hide it ?

Hi,
I think you can do that by do following:
1/ Create a new category. Example: "Featured" and select all posts you want to display on this slider to this category.
2/ Go to Customize > Featured Category Options > on "Select Featured Category" > select category "Featured"
And check to "Hide Featured Category" to hide this category on the front-end of your site.
