I see you did config your categories mega menu great on your site.
And currently, this category mega menu supports only for category & child categories level 1 of this category. We will consider to add more this feature in the future. But, as you can see on the category mega menu, no any spaces to help you can display more categories on level 2+
So, if I understand you correctly, there is no way to show just category level 2 of 3 in the mega menu but you will consider adding this feature in a later release?
As a workaround I had to created 4 mega menus instead of just 2.

When I create a Mega Menu based on categories, I don't really want to see Category Level 3-1 through Category Level 3-6 in the menu structure.
I only want to see this in the Mega Menu
However, I do want to see all the posts under Category Level 2-1 and Category Level 2-2

Yeah, for now, please use category level 2 to display categories level 3.
And we will consider to add more this feature in the future.
