Hi - So I got my site approved for Adsense and wanted to test it out.  So I did the following. Created a quick ad in my Adsense account > got the code > logged into the Wordpress admin > Appearance > Customize > General Options > Google Adsense Code to Display Above Posts Layout for Archive Pages > pasted code there > Published > looked at site and Adsense was there... cool it worked...  But that's not where I want it so lets turn it off for a while.

To do that I simply deleted the Adsense code from the Google "Adsense Code to Display Above Posts Layout for Archive Pages" box > clicked Publish...

Went back to the site expecting to see it gone but it's still there.  I cleared my cache. . I tested it on 5 different computers and it's still showing.

So I looked at all the theme files searching for the code but no luck.  I cannot figure out why it's showing on the site and I need to turn it off as soon as possible.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

I didn't see any google adsense on your archive pages. Did you removed it or wrong place?

Thanks for getting back to me so quick on this.  It looks like it was simply my browser cache causing the issue.   Thank you again for your help!
