To update Penci Shortcodes plugin, please go to admin page > Plugins > All Plugins > delete plugin Penci Shortcodes.
After that, go to Appearance > Install Plugins > re-install this plugin.
This process doesn't affect anything on your site.

If I set pencilang for example like this:

it does not work.

1/ Use correct pencilang shortcode. Check this image for more, please try use:
2/ If 1/ doesn't work, please make sure you installed plugin Penci Shortcode latest version.
You can update this plugin by delete old plugin via admin page > Plugins > All plugins
After that, install the latest version via Appearance > Install Plugins

I think I have the latest version since I purchased the product just before the end of december 2017.
If I disinstall the plugin pensidesign, do I lose the work I have done so far?
