    Is there a way to move the popular posts below the featured & latest categories on the home page?

    Hi,

    To do that, you need to use Visual Composer to config your homepage.

    Please check this video tutorial to know how to config your site by use Visual Composer.

    And check this to know how to get Visual Composer & issue about license for it.

    If you want to do that via Customize only, please wait for next update version of Soledad, in the next update version of Soledad theme, we will add more this feature for Customizer options.
