WP Bakery not Saving

I can't save changes using WP Bakery. I have seen this issue online, I have done recommended troubleshooting and still can't make it work.

Example:  when I add an element on the row Single Image box, I ran into this issue. I can click the Close button and the little editing pop-up closes, but when I hit the Save button nothing happens and the little VC logo back on the main page turns into a spinning ball that just spins forever.

    Hi,

Please try deactivate all plugins ( except WP Bakery  ) and try it again.

After it work, let's enable each plugin to check what plugin caused this issue.

I deactivate all and activate one by one, surprisingly WP bakery is working fine now. None of the plugins are causing an issue. Moving forward I hop WP Bakery keeps working stable. That's it for now.

    Thank you.

I knew it! This is extremely frustrating, why a so called friendly user plugin is not working properly. After I saved the changes and went to edit a new page, same issue happens "I can't save my edits" This means I have to deactivate and active all plugins in order for WP Bakery to work?!  Has the developer of WP Bakery look into solving this problems? What is a long term solution for this?

    Hi,

As I said in my previous comment - you need to deactivate all plugins and enable each plugin to find what's plugin caused this issue.

After enable each plugin, refresh the page you editing and check it. If you see a plugin make VC doesn't work after activate it - that's plugin you need to deactivate.

Check this video for more clearly - it's quite the same:
