As the beginning, we thought that the Homepage was a static page with the Page builder. But after purchase it seems to us that it is not.

So can the row (Red circled) in soledad-europe.png become the row (Red circled) in gaa-home.png (a structural change)? Must I edit the PHP code of this page?

Thank you very much, but seems misunderstanding here.

I would like to move the red circled "Europe" row in "soledad-europe.jpg" to be on top of the sidebar (Red circled shown with pink title bar in "gaa-home-column.jpg")
That is, a structural change in the current PHP page.
What should I do? Salute to your good help.

Just curious to see if we can maintain it sticky?
