Purchased the theme on Friday night, very happy thanks, it is great.
For the notes in the recipe section, how would I get them to be in separate dot points. For example, I have 3 points to make, however, they appear as one paragraph, not 3 separate sentences or points.

You can try use <br> tag to make a new line.
Example:
* This is the first note<br>
* This is the second note
