1. I have removed the instagram footer widget, however the scroll navigation on the website has crashed. When you try to scroll down to the bottom of the website it automatically bounces upwards. IT DOES THIS ONLY ON THE DESKTOP VERSION!.
2. The images that I upload to the Pencil Slide are cropped very bad. It crops them from top and bottom. How can I upload the images to stay the size they are/show the full picture. Furthermore, the pictures are of very high quality, however when I upload them they seem pixelised with poor quality in the website.
3. The side bar is positioned between the centre and the right side of the website. How can I align the sidebar on the right side of the website.
4. How can I make my "Начало" Page linked to the Home Page. I would like when someone clicks on the "Начало" Page to lead to the Home Page of the site.
1/ I tried scroll on your site and I see it working fine. No any issues like you said.
2/ I see you're using images for Penci Slider with the size is: 1170x663px and you've use it for fullwidth. Here is a your image - If you use Penci Slider style 1, please use images with the width at least 1920px to get best results.
Also, you can change Penci Slider height via Customize > Featured Slider Options > Penci Slider Height.

4/ You can use Custom Links section via Appearance > Menus > fill your homepage URL there. I see you can do that now.
