    Hi. 

    How can I use the home featured boxes as category links? I mean, in order to get my website a more apeeling look, I would like to add few featured boxes addressing the categories on my site. However, if I create a featured box, it does not function as a category and I have to write down an address on its link space. How can I use the featured box as a category link?

    Hi,

    You can put the links of your categories to featured boxes like normal.

    Example put this link to a Featured Box URL:

    http://deliciasdamesa.com/index.php/category/dicas-de-chef/

    Thank you for the advice!

    Another issue is that I would like to withdraw the "index.php/category" from categories addresses. I would like the link to the categories to be just like the page links. For exemple:

    http://deliciasdamesa/dicas-de-chef/

    How can I do that?

    Hi,

    To do that, please do following steps:

    1/ Install Plugin Yoast SEO - after installed this plugin, go to SEO > Dashboard > click to "Features" tab > and make sure you enable "Advanced settings pages" - check this image

    2/ Check this image to know how to remove category from the category links.

    3/ Go to your dashboard > Settings > Permalinks > select "Post Name" > and click "Save Changes"
