    Hi, 

    How can I delete all the data as I accidentally overwrote 2 imported demo and now the site looks like a mess,

    Hi,

    Please go to Appearance > Menus > create/edit a menu for your site > scroll down and check to "Primary Menu" at the bottom, and the issues will gone.
