    Can I translate the following somewhere:  'written by', 'Previous post' and dates (Month) ?

    Hi,

    Yeah, of course. You can change it via Customize > Quick Text Translation

    For dates, you need to select your language for your wordpress site via Dashboard > Settings > General > Language, also you can select date & time format you want there.
