Please could you provide us what exactly we need to fix a more importantly how exactly to fix it.
If you want to get more speed on pingdom, you need to use with CDN ( CDNSun, MaxCD ... - Pick one and use them ) Because your site speed depend 50% by your server.

To solve it, you need to use with a CDN like I said on my previous commentBut, I think it's not need for a personal websiteThis is issues from the server, doesn't related with our theme.
