    Hi - how do I prevent the featured slider from displaying the same headline as the most recent article in my latest posts without setting the featured slider to random or excluding a category? Thank you!

    Hi,

    If you're using featured slider based on posts - you need to use featured category or excluding a category.

    Another way : you can use Penci Slider like the way you're doing on your site.
