1 & 2/ You have a plugin for mega menu ( seem it's plugin AP Mega Menu ) caused this issue - please check and deactivate it.
3/ I see you're missing some CSS from the theme. Seem you did modified the CSS codes from style.css file in the theme. Please back the CSS again. If you don't remember it, let's go to Appearance > Themes > activate other theme > and delete Soledad theme > after that re-upload & activate again this theme.
4/ Do you mean Pages on Dashboard > Pages > All Pages? If right, please check options for Pages via Customize > Page Options.
5/ This theme support topbar menu already, but the category mega menu doesn't support on topbar.
To enable topbar menu, please do following steps:
a) Go to Appearance > Menus > create a new menu for your Topbar > scroll down and check to "Topbar Menu"
b) Go to Customize > Topbar Options > and check to "Enable Topbar Menu"
This issue caused by you did enable Lazyload feature from Jetpack plugin. Please go to Jetpack plugin settings and disable this feature. This theme already has this feature - you don't need to use this feature from any plugin.
I have found a few answers here but I can't find the answer for these issues...
1. Mega Menu will not work properly. It will only show a small black rectangle on hover when it should be showing posts in each category.
2. Menu will not show on mobile screen at all.
3. some of the feat. categories shown on homepage are spaced incorrectly even though the Lifestyle cat. - which looks correct - is in same style.
4. Is there a way to disable full width page?
5. Is there a way to have a topbar menu and have top post shown still?
