    How can I change the color of the Headlines and Hover Text in the Featured Category Area?

    As you can see, the Headline does only show up on Hover. But I want it to show up all the time and also want to change the color of the Hover Text into blue just like the rest of my Page. But I can't find this Option. Changed all Colors.

    Please check option for it via Customize > Colors for Homepage & Home Title Box Options
