    Hello,

I created my pop-up sign up form using MailChimp and it should pop-up when the user visits the website. Trouble is that I received the bit of code and it tells me I need to paste it into the site's HTML but I am not sure where abouts that is specifically and what line of coding it needs to be pasted on?

Does anyone know the Soledad's HTML, please help me out.

    Thank you

    HI,

Yeah, as I said before, you can put it via Customize > Footer Options > Google Analytics Codes.

It will appears to your HTML. If you have google analytics there - put the code for MailChimp above or below it.

    Hi,

The HTML appears in all places in the site - that mean you can add the code to anywhere in your site.

What's the issues you got when insert the code to Footer Options > Google Analytics?

    Hello,

In the site's HTML I need to place the code immediately before the </head> tag in my site's code, which is why I want to know where abouts is there this tag : </head> ?

Well there was a white border in my footer, the mail sign-up pop-up only showed once, in general it seems the code should not be there if it's causing technical issues to my site.

    Thank you

    Hi,

If you want to put it to before </head> tag, please put it via Customize > Logo and Header Options > Add Custom Code Inside <head> Tag

    Hello,

I just tried that but the top sliding bar on the theme disappeared when I pasted the code, and the pop-up didn't even show.

    Thank you

    Hi,

If so, you need to check again your code. Because that options will renders your codes to front-end - inside <head> tag.

    Hello,

I think it will be easier if you include a screenshot so I can clearly see what you mean.

    Thank you

    Hi,

    I mean that:

When you paste the code to Customize > Logo and Header Options > Add custom code to inside <head> tag

The codes will appears before </head> tag like you want in your previous comment.

If it doesn't work, let's check again the codes because I helped you do like you want.
