    Hi team Penci!

Wanted to upgrade my footer, but I don't know how to get this slick look like in the Dark version of Soledad, see attachment.

My wish is to have a top 3 (or To Read/Recommended) with three specific articles that I want to promote. Is this possible?

    Thanks for the help (again!)

    Hi,

You can do that by go to Appearance > Widget > drag widget "Soledad Recent Posts" to "Footer Column #1" & drag widget "Soledad Popular Posts" to "Footer Column #3"

    Hi Penci,

Yeah, that works, but I can't seem to edit the articles that are showns. It just chooses the most watched i guess?
How can I edit these featured items?

    Hi,

Yeah, the recent posts just display your recent posts - you can sort it by a special category.

The popular posts will auto get the posts has most viewed - you can sort it by a special category also.

Mmhhh, that's a hassle too make a complete category. Maybe a suggestion/tweak to the theme? For the next update maybe?

To just link what articles you want to display.

    Good idea?
    Thanks for the help!

    Hi,

This is complex feature. I'm not sure if it can added in the future. But, I will tell with our developers about this.
