Hi,
You can use "Custom Link" on Appearance > Menus screen and put the links for your archive pages by years there.
You can get Archive page links by drag & drop widget "Archive" to your "Main Sidebar"
This is only way you can do that because by default, wordpress doesn't give archive page for all posts.
