To do that, you need to install & active plugin Penci Review ( if you didn't, let's go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install & active this plugin. ) After that, edit any post you want to make the review - scroll down and you can see options for add review for a post - when you filled all information for penci review, use shortcode [penci_review] and paste it to anywhere in your editor you want make it display.
When you done, use Block 36 - and you will see the review display.

And how do I get the Review Score to replace the image icon like you have in the right sidebar in Photography demo on the main page?

To do that, please go to Appearance > Menus > add more this code on the menu you want to make Highlight:
Like on this image.
Change the text Highlight to the text you want.
