Hi, I just updated the theme using the only documentation I could find that you provided and lost all my settings. How can I update without losing settings since I have another license that I need to update. I am pretty annoyed by this result to say the least.
Have you change the theme name folder or use child theme?
If you did change the theme name folder from soledad to another one - when you update this theme, all your customizer data will lose. You just need change the latest version of this theme to theme name folder you did before and this issues will gone.
If you use child theme - please remember after updated the theme, please activate again your child theme.
I have followed the only documentation that you provided. I have switched to an old theme, deactivated and deleted the old Soledad. Uploaded new Soledad and activated this. Can you please provide a step by step documentation because I don't understand your instructions below.
I found the issue. You did change it - check this image
Please go to Appearance > Themes > activate another theme & delete Soledad currently version you're using. And use correct theme file and re-upload it.
Sorry.. all good. Last question, I promise! Looks like I am not using the comment form that was part of the theme (looks like the regular WP comment form). How can I change that so that I can add the GDPR message to the form?
You're using comment form from Jetpack - so, you need to wait Jetpack to add this feature. Because that message just apply for default comment from Wordpress.

Hi,
Can you show me your site url to I can take it a look? Maybe I will find the reason why when you update the theme, you lose the customizer data.

Ha, stupid me! Thanks. Will be careful when I update my other license.
One more question. Can the design of "View all" under category sections on Hp ("Alle Anschauen") changed? Font looks strange... thanks.
Hi,
Can you tell me, What do you want to change it here?
