I installed the latest update, and now on both my home page and my posts, the post date and the date of all modifications is showing up so there will be 3-4 dates listed for a post. I've tried turning off dates entirely and it still doesn't go away. I've also turned off the Author appearing, but it also appears on the home page.

It's issues about the cache - Please make sure you clearly all the cache. I can see your site still load stylesheet from old version.

I have cleared the cache at least 15 times.
Is there an updated child theme? That's the only think I haven't deleted - it's still the same child theme

But, It's not clearly as I said - I can see your site load old style.css file - not style.css from latest version.
If your cache can't clear in short time, please add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to fixed it:
.penci-hide-tagupdated{ display: none !important; }About the child theme - No, because the child theme still need to load stylesheet from parent theme.
