How I could display posts from two or more different post categories in a new page? Also I would like to need the "penci-layout-grid-2" css class for the posts..
With this requirement, I think you need to use Visual Composer ( WPBakery Page Builder ) to do that.
Please install & active plugin Visual Composer ( check this guide to know how to get this plugin )
After installed this plugin, add new a page and select Template for this page is "Page VC Builder With Sidebar" or "Page VC Builder No Sidebar"
And use "Soledad Recent Posts" element from Visual Composer with "Grid 2 Columns Posts" layout - and exclude all categories you don't want to appears there - check more on this image
