    Welcome back.

I wanted to write that I love your template is great and gives a lot of possibilities. I wanted to ask about the look of the blog on the phone. Is it possible for the appearance to be the same as on the computer? I attached a photo as if I wanted the instagram footer to look.

And another question. After installing the disqus plugin, the number of comments under the title of the post does not show up. Now I have this option turned off, but it was always zero before. I will be grateful for your response. Regards and have a nice weekend!

And I forgot to mention if the number of comments can be written in the same font and color as the category above the post?

Hey. Thank you for fixing Instagram footer. I have disqus on my website. The main problem is that disqus does not appear on the mobile version. And on the computer and on the mobile version I do not have the number of comments as it is in the attached photos.

    Hi,

Seem this issue come from Disqus itself. You should ask author of plugin you're using to know what happening. Because some posts work and some posts doesn't.

  • Monika Koscielny replied

I will ask the creators of the plugin. But I have more questions and requests for help :) Is it possible to change this font of displayed comments to what is the category written? Color and size?

And the second thing can I do on the blog something like showing the second attached photo? Photos from category three in row?

    Hi,

1/ To do that, please try add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS:

    .post-box-meta-single span{ color: #e799a3; font-size: 13px; font-family: "Times New Roman", Times, serif; text-transform: uppercase; }

2/ You can go to Customize > General Options > on "Homepage Layout" > select "Grid Post" and on un-check on "Enable Sidebar on Homepage"

Hello.Thank you very much. But If I want this category posts in footer after blog posts (first posts with sidebar and after that category posts without sidebar) Is it possible?

    Hi,

If you mean you want to set a layout for a special category, you can go to Posts > Categories > edit category you want to change layout > scroll down and on "Select Layout for this category" > select layout you want.

  • Monika Koscielny replied

Actually, I would like to get something like it is in the attached picture. After blog posts with sidebar, categories without sidebar.

Hello. I thought so. Ok, but I have one more question. Is it possible that featured images appear as squares? First post picture normal but then squares?

  •  2,700
    PenciDesign replied

    Hi,

To do that, please do following steps:

1/ Edit the code like on this image.

2/ Add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS:

    .penci-image-holder:before{ padding-top: 100%; }

3/ Install & active plugin Regenerate Thumbnails

After installed the plugin Regenerate Thumbnails, go to admin > Tools > Regen. Thumbnails > Click button "Regenerate All Thumbnails" and wait for it until it's done 100%

Note: In the future, if you update the theme, after updated the theme, you need to do again the step 1. ( only step 1 )

Hi, it's me again :) I wrote about the fact that the post can not see the number of comments that are in disqus. The creators of disqus argue that this may be the theme fault. I attached a photo. I have one comment under the post and the counter shows 0.

    Hi,

Please try with this guide to fixed it:

    https://www.wpsuperstars.net/disqus-missing-comments-troubleshooting-guide/

We're using functions from Wordpress itself and doesn't hook anything to comment numbers. So, I think that's issues from your config.

  • Monika Koscielny replied

Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, it does not work anyway. I do not know maybe I'm doing something wrong. I do not know why the comment counter does not work. Although sometimes it shows and sometimes not. I do not know what's going on.

    Best Regards,

     Monika

    Hi,

If it sometime it work and sometime it doesn't -> that's not issues from the theme because if the theme caused the issue, it will doesn't work for all time. So, I recommend you ask plugin author and requirement them have a look on this.
