1/ You just need go to Customize > Featured Slider Options > and check to "Enable Featured Slider" - NOT check to "Enable Featured Slider on All Pages"
2/ To enable sidebar on Pages, please check option for it via Customize > Page Options
To enable sidebar on Homepage & Categories, please go to Customize > General Options > check to "Enable Sidebar on Homepage" & "Enable Sidebar on Archive"
3/ That's an audio post format. You can edit a post and click to active "Audio" tab + put the soundcloud link to audio url below it:
