Hi, after purchasing PenNews and installing the BitCoin News theme and Demo Data, the setup appears to work but there are no background pictures in any of the feeds or blogs unlike your sales demo site. I am trying to produce a site quickly and this is very frustrating. How can this be resolved? I have already updated thumbnails using the required plugin but it makes no difference. It looks as if the background pictures will not appear! Help! I believe I also saw another ticket about this and your staff advised on the forum to raise a ticket.
Can you tell me what's missing? Do you mean, you're missing images on the slider or something else? Because this demo doesn't exists background images.
