    Neither theme is being used for sale and there is no fee to log on to  my site. Can I use the theme I purchased on another one of my sites with the same regular license?

    Thank you for purchased PenNews.

    With one regular license, you just can use for one website.

    If you want to use it for another website, please buy more licenses for it.

    Example:

    2 regular licenses use for 2 websites.

    5 regular licenses use for 5 websites.
