I have a website that used another template, I bought yours because it's more interesting! I have seen that there are many settings for the various situations but unfortunately, knowing little English I can hardly understand the use. Anyway, my compliments for your template.
For the moment I would need some information:
1 - I used the Post Views Counter plug on my old template, which has a year of counts, but with your new template I'm started from zero views, there is a way to use my old data, not to lose them?
2 - I noticed that in the various blocks do not always appear the views, in some appear only the number of comments. I wanted to ask if I can only get views without comments number. For example block 6.
3 - in widgets, I have two sidebars, right and left, if I infer a block and try to open Build query, this part does not open, and I can not put data

1/ Unfortunately, because all other customers may don't use that plugin. So, we don't support this feature in this theme.
2/ Currently, some blocks doesn't supports for display the posts view count - not all blocks supports display for posts view count and Block 6 is a block like this. We will consider to add more this feature in the future updates.
3/ Seem you have a plugin caused this issue. Have you try deacitvate all plugins ( except plugins come with this theme ) and try it again? After it work, you can enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.
For the problem with the Build query that doenst open, I have deactivate all the plugins, but still doesnt work using firefox, then i have re-activate the plugins and tried chrome and works very good.
But now i still have a problem: I have create a page using Block 31 with settings of pagination numeric, but when i click to go in the second page i dont view the page anymore with block 31 but in other way. What should i do to see all pages with block31? I attach u a sceenshot of the second page.
That's why we can't get data facebook helps our customers because facebook has change the policy and need the apps for use need to validate feature 'Page Public Content Access'.
3/ As I checked - your site already has <h1> tag check this image - for h2, we will modified it in the next update version of PenNews for supports it on featured slider. Please wait for it
1/ WPBakery Page Builder provide all your Blocks you can see on "Content", "Social", "Structure" tab - check here. It doesn't provide other blocks. If you buy a license from WPBakery Page Builder, you just get auto-updates - no more extra. But, you can get auto-update plugins by this theme itself ( by delete old WPBakery plugin and re-install it via Appearance > Install Plugins ). So, I think you don't need to do that.
2/ We're sure will add this feature for disable blocks on mobile in the future updates for each element.
If you want to hide block slider on mobile, please try add more this code to Customize > Addinational CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px){
.penci-owl-featured-area{ display: none !important; }

1/ I see the RSS link is normal. It's default RSS provided by Wordpress.
2/ Please submit 'Page Public Content Access' feature on your facebook app for facebook can review it.

It's correct because when you set the h1 to the logo - all the search engine will read the alt of your logo.
Anyway, we will consider to supports for H1 tag with the text in the next update version of PenNews.
