Adding Taboola to Infinite Scroll

Please see our DEV site RaidersNation.com (http://s26979.p737.sites.pressdns.com) where we are rolling out your template.

We want to add Taboola to the bottom of every article post in the infinite scroll like we have done at LakersNation.com (see: https://www.lakersnation.com/nba-trade-rumors-spurs-not-actively-pursuing-kawhi-leonard-trades-willing-listen-offers/2018/06/20/).

To do this we think we need a unique div for the widget to appear. Is there a way to implement this such as a JavaScript box in the theme panel?

    Hi,

Please try put your javascript code to Customize > Single Post Options > Add custom code below content posts.

If it doesn't work, we will add more compatible with plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/taboola/ in the next update version of PenNews.

    Please wait for this.

My developer is saying that 'Add custom code below content posts' doesn't exist.

Any chance you can jump on this? It's a deal breaker for us using your theme if we can't properly monetize Taboola. If we can get your theme to work on RaidersNation.com we will be deploying it across our portfolio of sites including LakersNation.com... the 3rd largest basketball site in North America... close to 250 million page views  annually and a great showcase site for your theme.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your goodness.

Seem you didn't update this theme to latest version.

Please update this theme to latest version and you can see that option.

Let's go to Appearance > Themes > click to "Update Now" button.

When it updated, go to Appearance > Install Plugins > and update all plugins needed.

    Best Regards,

After updating the theme/plugins to the latest version, can you take a screenshot of where the 'Add custom code below content posts' box appears? Thank you.

  • Ian Chin replied

Thanks we will give it a shot

I wanted to follow up on this.

After updating the theme, there is not an option for: Add custom code below content posts.

Please take a screenshot, so I can locate this option. Thank you.
