I'm working on customizing my site todw.us and have noticed some peculiar behavior regarding the "top bar" settings.
As I don't want a top bar, I unchecked it in the top bar settings panel (see image). Yet when I access the page as a visitor, not only does the top bar appear, but also a second copy of it appears below, which covers my logo, and if you scroll, it stays at the top and posts scroll up into it. (again, see next image)
Can you figure out what's going on and advise me how to fix this? No hurry as this is a personal hobby site.

Hi,
This issue caused by you didn't select a menu for your main navigation - this issue doesn't related anything with the topbar.
Please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > create or select a menu for your main navigation > scroll down and check to "Primary Menu"
