    Hi, is there a way I could do a horizontal widget like right below the featured slider on my homepage so I can add a horizontal about me section there? The site Ketoconnect.net has this as an example.

    If you want to do that, you can use WPBakery Page Builder to config your homepage.

    Check this guide to know how to get WPBakery Page Builder and this video tutorial to know how to config your site by use page builder.
