In your travel theme I work with parent categories. "Destinations" is the parent category for the categories "Asia", "America" and "Europe". When visitors click on "Destinations" I want them not to see ALL the articles that fall under this category and the sub categories, but only the options to click on these subcategories. For instance like the " Home Featured Boxes Style 3" on the mainpage (see the attached screenshot). Of course in the layout option that the theme allows. Is there any possibilty to arrange this?
If you want to make this menu item no-click able. You can replace your current item with a menu item config like this image > after added to your menu and replace with your current Destination menu item, you can select this menu item to display category mega menu like normal.
I'm sorry, but I don't completely understand your reply. I have replaced the current category with a new one, configured like you said, but then I cannot find the option "display category mega menu like normal".
Is there however not a possibility to display the subcategories (so "Asia" "America" "Europe) when you click on "Destinations" (like I asked in my original question)? This list of continents/counties will become longer the more I blog and I want people who click on destinations to see the categories instead of the articles.

Thank you. This a great back-up option.
