    Is there a way to control the order that homepage content is ordered on the single column mobile?

    Best I can tell, in a sidebar/content/sidebar desktop setup, mobile content is ordered middle content first, left sidebar, then right sidebar.  Is that right?  Is there a way to change that or to move elements around?
