Blank product page in WooCommerce

    Hi,

On my website (www.flipflopwanderers.com) I have the Woocommerce plugin installed. I also bought the WooZone plugin so I can add Amazon products to my Woocommerce store. However, whenever I activate the Woozone plugin, my single product pages are blank! It only happens when this plugin is activated. You can see an example of what I mean here: https://www.flipflopwanderers.com/product/happy-camper-enamel-camping-mug/

I already contacted the Woozone plugin about this issue, but they said it's an issue with the theme and therefore advised me to contact you.

So, what could be the issue with this?

    Thanks!

    Kind regards,

    Manon van Os

    Hi,

This theme doesn't hook anything to Woocommerce - so, you should requirements author of plugin WooZone check it carefully - they shouldn't blame the theme like so while they didn't check it.

    Best Regards,

After this reply I have been in contact with the WooZone plugin for a few days and they checked everything and logged into my wordpress and still think there could be an issue with the theme.

They are not blaming Soledad or anything but just THINK the theme could be the problem.

Look at the following conversations I had with them:

I contacted my theme support but they guarantee it is not because of my theme.
It's also not a problem of a plugin because I deactivated them all and I still have the problem.
So there must be something wrong with the WooZone plugin.
    Can you look into it?

The theme i have activated is a standard Wordpress theme which respects the core functionality of Wordpress/Woocommerce. Also you can try any other theme from the repository to see that it works w/o any problems.

    Hi Bogdan,
Yes I know that it works with another theme but my theme says it has nothing to do with their theme.
Could it be something else with the app than the theme?

The issue is cleary with the theme. As the plugin works fine with wordpress defaults theme and with many other themes. The theme should be fully compatible with WooCommerce (as our Kingdom, BravoStore themes)
I don't know what we can do, as we don't provide custom support regarding theme issues which are not plugin bugs.
    Best regards, George.

Even though the Soledad theme doesn't hook anything to Woocommerce, there could still be a problem with the theme together with this plugin? Because it is not the standard Woocommerce plugin that's not working correctly but the WooZone plugin.

    Can't you look into it?

    Hi,

Ok, I will have a look on this. Please send me:

    - Your admin url

    - Your admin account ( username and password  )

    - Your FTP account ( FTP host, FTP username and FTP password ) or your hosting account.

in a private reply. I will take it a look

And please note this theme doesn't recommend with that plugin - so, we don't have any obligation to support that plugin. Wordpress has millions plugins and we can't check to compatible with all.

    Best Regards,

    PenciDesign

    Hi,

I just checked your site and I see the issues come from your plugins - no any issue here related with our theme:

    Hi,

Ok, so according to the debug log it is a problem of the plugin?

Cause I deactivated all the plugins except for WooZone and I still got the problem.

Then I'm gonna get in contact with them again.

Thanks for you help and time!

    Kind regards,

    Manon
