    I have enabled comments inside the page context. I checked the checkbox- allow comments for this page, but still, I do not see the comments. 

    Does exist some option, on the theme level, which I must enable as well?

    Hi,

    Please make sure you enable comment for pages via Customize > Page Options

    And check to this option: https://prnt.sc/kiay9g
