1/ You can upload an square image to your site and use that image for About Me Image URL & check to "Make About Image Circle:" to make the image in circle.
2/ Because you've added Page "BUSINESS 101" to your menu - please use Category Page ( NOT Page ) and add category page for your menu replace with your pages - check this image.
3/ To do that, let's use "Custom Link" for your menu and make config for this like on this image - Fill "URL" is "#"
4/ You can try with this plugin to do that - it will add social share for your single product page:
