Unfortunately that is not going to work. I can't have title/header elements in an online magazine not be linkable. Who can I speak to about making this right?
Thank you for your reply. It was quite aggressive and given it's tone, I am not surprised that you took it off of the public forum. As a customer, I am very surprised to receive it particularly given your position. As a former CEO myself with a staff of roughly 2,000 people, I can't say that I agree with your approach but its your approach to have, not mine. I don't take it personally and I respect your position, so we will move on. A couple of clarifying things for you Sir:
I selected your excellent theme because I liked the look and feel of it, the features of it and mostly because of your support rating on Envato. The reason that was important to me is because I have no personal experience at all and am working on my very first site. I am sorry that I have submitted so many tickets. It was never my intent to burden you or your staff and I will refrain from commenting on your slave comment as it is an insult to my character and is simply not true.
Your staff has been extremely supportive of my questions and whatever "customization" I have been given was offered by your team - I simply asked the question and never requested any customization. Honestly, I don't know enough about customization to even know how to ask for it. If I was overstepping my boundaries, perhaps your staff could have simply said they couldn't do it or point me toward whomever it is that I needed to speak to about customization.
For what its worth, where code was offered I felt it addressed some shortcomings in the theme - just one man's opinion. Just as I feel not having the Fancy Header linkable is a shortcoming of the theme. If you don't want to fix it, then don't fix it. As a user, I'm telling you, I believe the theme would be better if it was linkable. That all said, the improvements that I've seen in my short time with your company have all been positive. I am certain the theme will continue to evolve in a bigger and better direction.
In any case, I am not trying to take advantage of you at all and have tremendous appreciation for your firm's response times and all of the support that I've been given. Again, I am novice but I am excited about the work I am doing with your theme and I am planning on purchasing it for my next site as well which I will begin once the current site goes live next week. Perhaps next time you or your staff feel as if I am overstepping my boundaries or the policy, you can simply point me to a person that I can speak to about the costs of customization rather than sending a private angry message. Simply a suggestion.
I look forward to continued work with you and your firm. Should you ever want to speak on the phone to iron any of this out, I would be more than happy to speak to you - just let me know. Perhaps in some small way my questions and all my tickets have helped identify things that others users could benefit from as well - I certainly hope so. Again, I apologize if I have offended you or stepped over my boundaries - neither of which was my intent.
Is there a way to link the title or subtitle in the Penci Fancy Heading?
Hi,
Unfortunately, This theme doesn't support this feature. We've saved it and we will discussion with our team soon. I'm sure about this.
Best regards,
PenciDesign
