The scroll speed on all of the pages is very fast and jumpy. I'm wondering how I can slow this down/turn off this fast scroll. I'd like it to scroll at a normal pace - some of my older clients find it very hard to navigate my site. 

http://www.work.alexandrafox.ca/bio-cv/ is a good example of a page that scrolls too quickly - it seems too sensitive, as compared to other websites.
