The above example shows that on the featured image in the post, no caption appears. We want to see a caption in the featured image when a mouse scrolls over it and/or in the bottom corner of the featured photo. As you can see, when you scroll down the post to the photo gallery the caption appears in both the hovering cursor and the bottom of the photo. Please advise how we can get a caption on the featured image. Thanks!

You can enable that feature via Customize > Single Post Options > Enable Caption on Featured Image
But unfortunately, that single posts style you use doesn't support for display caption of featured image.
