In the pennews theme I changed the color scheme to dark for a moment to see how it looked and when switched the option back to light, the titles of all the footer's posts (four columns footer widgets) changed to black permanently.
Any clue about how I can change the color of the posts' titles to white or a lighter color?

Hi,
Change post title color , please go to Customize > Colors General, then change "Link color" option to color you want.
If you want change post title color of block or widget, please edit this, go to tab color , then after find option color you want change.
