    Hi,

    1/ If so, please contact with your hosting provider and requirement them remove the cache on your site - that's issues with your cache.

    2/ Yeah, this theme supports for WPBakery Page Builder. We've said about this here

    And check this video tutorial to know how to config your site by use WPBakery Page Builder.

    Please contact with your hosting provider and requirement them disable the cache for your site.

    We can't do that for you because we don't manage your hosting.
