    I am planning to move one of our sites using Soledad to a new domain. 

    The files on the old domain will be deleted once the move is made.

    Will I run into any licensing issues doing so?

    Hi,

    You can do that. After moved your site to new site, let's remove the theme on old domain to make sure everything work fine.
