Posts on my website homepage popular posts box doesn't shift to the latest posts in spite of that i'm displaying a category which includes more than 12 posts, and as i customized the homepage options ,this homepage popular posts box supposed to contain the latest 12 posts ,right?? now as an example the last 3 posts in the category which been displayed in this popular box doesn't appear there ..
i need to automatically display the latest 12 posts in the category in the homepage popular posts box , how can it be ?

Hi,
That's home popular posts - so it will auto display posts has most viewed there. It's not showing latest posts there. If you want to change it to show latest posts, please do following this image.

i'm sorry but i have another question , what if i want to display the popular posts in all the website not only in just a category ? how can i do it ?

Hi,
By default, it will display popular posts for all posts on your site.
Let's select this option to default and it will auto get popular posts from all your posts:
