    How do I choose the author of the story? (How do I create more authors to choose from?) I do not want to create a seperate login for each author since we handle that from the office.

    Hi,

    You can go to Dashboard > Users > and add new author user you want there - you can control all that users.

    After that, go to edit a post - and do following this image and this image
